Award-winning product designer, Stephanie Lena, blends global lifestyle trends, an understanding of preferences across American consumer demographics, expertise in manufacturing capabilities and a sales-forward mentality with uncompromising taste and talent to develop innovative and soulful home furnishings and décor products for the residential market.

Her company, Lena Design, creates some of the most well-received whole home and curated collections sold today. Whether they are working with a major brand, boutique manufacturer, retailer or interior design professional, Lena Design believes in building a deep relationship with their clients grounded in a respect for design and its creators and manufacturers.

Prior to establishing the company in 2011, Stephanie held executive positions with a number of successful companies, some of which began as smaller entities that she helped build into respected brands through her knowledge of merchandising, visual display, sales strategies and branding in addition to her design expertise.

Her work has garnered seven ISFD Pinnacle Award nominations for outstanding design, winning the coveted award three times. WithIt honored her with their Future Leader Award, presented to the most exemplary home furnishings industry professional under 40. She holds an industrial design degree from Western Michigan University.
